Head tilt-back

When I get upright I often tilt the head back and this seems to cause the hips to move forward and drop.
If I then force the head forward again before it is too late, I can feel the hips sit back and the knees coming up farther and farther ahead of the body for each step, which I take as a sign of proper mechanics happening.

Without actually having seen this could someone tell me if I am reading this situation right?

I had a similar problem last year holding my form, in particular in longer runs. Not much I can say but that you should work on it in practice and it will be something easy to correct if you’re conscious about it. I think I eliminated the problem in less then two weeks.
