There are great treads about strenght, but I sometimes wounder about wich hamstring exercise that is tehe best for a sprinter…or do we get it from the olympic lifts?
And if not, how many days a week should be enough…
The reason I´m asking is because I been told about the importans of balance between front and back leg, that they should be equaly strong.
What do you guys have for advices?
as far as strenght,variety is the spice of life.don’t do the same exercises,target the muscle from different angles.i don’t know of hand what the ratios are but they aren’t equal
