What are some hamstring strengthening excerices that you can do with out weights. I am coming back from 2 hamstring strains and am trying to strengthen.
If you have acess to a seated ham. curl machine you can do this ehich has helped myself and numerous of my teamtes and athletes recvoery from hamstring injury.
On the seated ham. machine do light hamstring curls 4x10 each leg 2 sets dorsiflexed and 2 sets plantarflexed.
Do that 2-3X per day.
My favorite active recovery active recovery exercises. Band goodmornings. Band pull-throughs. Band leg curls.
