Hamstring Pull/Tear/Strain????

I was running a route at football camp today and i made a hard plant/cut at pretty much full speed without slowing down, and i felt a strain/pull in my hamstring. I dont know what a bad pull would feel like but its at the bottom of my hamstring a little over the back of the knee.

its been about 24hrs since it happned and i can backpedal at jog speed and i can jog without pain.

What is the chances its nothing major and i can get back in 3 days? any tips on things i can do to heal it better besides ice?

I need 2 get back out there i dont want to get cut because of this

Tons of ICE
TENS machine on gentle mode
gentle massage in the direction of the muscle
light running without it putting strain on the hammie - perhaps just warms ups?
