Hamstring is feeling better GPP commencing!

Hi guys after several weeks rest I am pretty much healed up and ready to go into GPP.

I have been doing weights and circuits since I hurt my upper glute (only hurt during flat out sprinting which I wont be doing for another 6-8 weeks)

Did steep and long hills last night (200-250 meters in 35 second range) and had no discomfort in my ham at all. Didn’t go flat out but still did them hard.

GPP plan includes tempo, weights, circuits and hills for ~6-8 weeks before moving into SPP.
