I don’t have access to a reverse leg press machine or a glute/ham raise machine…
other alternatives were I don’t need a machine?

check out this link, most of chris’s hammy exercises dont require a specialized machine:
i dont have access to either but i still do my glute ham raises on the floor with my feet under the flat incline ab mat thing (adjustable)

Be careful with this exercise. When you’re doing it during the same period as you’re doing a lot of sprinting, it can be a bit much for the hamstring tendons.
Watch out for sore tendons behind the knee!
I would have the knee cap elevated from the floor
Weighted back extensions is a pretty good hammie exercise as well, even though the erectors do get hit quite hard.
