How do people feel with incorporating soccer pre season with gpp. How would people incorporate the two?
I would probably use soccer in place of the tempo workouts.
during soccer preseason we do
- hill work bout 250 mts
- 15-20 minute runs
- some body weight exercises
- runs at intermediate speeds (lots)
- very little sprint work
- various sorts of plyos
training days are Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
What else could i do for the other days that i don’t have soccer training?
