How do people feel with incorporating soccer pre season with gpp. How would people incorporate the two?

I would probably use soccer in place of the tempo workouts.

during soccer preseason we do

  • hill work bout 250 mts
  • 15-20 minute runs
  • some body weight exercises
  • runs at intermediate speeds (lots)
  • very little sprint work
  • various sorts of plyos

training days are Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday

What else could i do for the other days that i don’t have soccer training?
