GPP to SPP

I wanted to follow this GPP for the fall.
Tues
hills + lower body wieghts

Wed
tempo

Thurs
hills + upper body wieghts

Fri
body circut and or tempo

Sat
long hills (80-100m)

Sun
off

Monday
Off

Then for SPP/indoors:

Tues
Speed (20F/20E/20F runs and blocks etc…)+ lower body wieghts

Wed
tempo/pool

Thurs
Speed End (60m runs)upper body wieghts

Friday
Rest

Sat
Special End

Sun
off

Mon
Off

I only have the track tues and thurs then on sat I can race… I was planning to go to meets and run some 200s and 300s for Special endurance

So…

I was just wondering if I cant do the special endurance on saturday during indoors because of lack of meets, should I drop speed endurance on thursday and instead do special endurance? something like 150s and 200s at 90%? then comeback saturday to the pool…
