When starting off in a GPP, would you do 4 weeks of hypertrophy work?
And in between the max. strength phases, is it mainly hypertrophy/circuit work?
Depending on your lifting exp you could do 7-8 weeks of hypertrophy work. This offseason I am only doing a 3 week block of hypertrophy then I will enter my Max strength block.
Is it mainly exp. or lifting numbers? My numbers are 275 bench-335 squat-345 deadlift-185 power clean and i weigh 140, so would it benefit me to try to gain a few pounds before doing the max. strength work?
