I quess what i am thinking is that if these explosive med.ball workouts are counted as high intensity shouldnt these be done after hills at the same session and give cns a brake between hill days??
2.are these explosive med.ball workouts included at the first week of the gpp till the end?
3.when the trackwork is included at the week 5 there is sprints that starts at “from flat on 6*10” what this means?
The idea is that you are spreading the CNS stress. Since there is no maximal lifting and the sprints are on hills (not as fast so not as intense on the CNS) you can put certain lifts and medball work on days opposite of sprinting.
