i thoink i’mg gonna buy the GPP dvd, but b4 i do i wanted to know what exatcly is in it?? does it have template routine ect??

IMO, this DVD is a complete program in itself. As a matter of fact, this program will reduce the burden of a complex SPP. At least that has been our experience.

Many options, several points to influence total fitness and readiness for SPP.

It does have an example program to give you an initial reference, but more importantly, it teaches you the principles that are behind the example program, which is much more important.
