I had started planning on training in September for the upcoming Season which would have given me what…4 months to prepare but then school started and I got lazy and worked out with the cross country team every once in a while but other then that and lifting weights in P.E. I have been pretty dormant. Now that I only have like 8 weeks till our indoor season starts in December I dont know where to start training to be ready for indoors. I will be running the 55 meters 400 meters and 4x2 and 4x400 relays. Can anyone help a brotha out.
Do Acc. Dev. and SE 1x a week each and maybe doe a hills session the third hard day. That should help out and get you in good shape to start the season.
don’t worry about it too much bro. Just make sure you got good conditioning in, and don’t overwork yourself. I’m not done with football yet, so I’m still getting my conditioning in.
