Hey all. So, I’m doing a more “non-traditional” approach here. I used to run 5/10Ks in the past. Just this year, I started to train for the 100M sprint. 6 weeks ago, I joined a track academy that allows me to run with college guys/girls. How long can it take to un-train the middle-distance habits and train to become more of a sprinter. I’m seeing how much MECHANICS mean everything for the 100M.
