Hey guys, I have a question about a nagging glute pull I get from doing speed box squats. Every once in a while, the day after these squats I’ll feel a strain in a small muscle on the lower left edge of my left glute muscle. I looked up an anatomy chart, and the gluteus minimus is what it looks like. Any ideas on what’s causing it and how to rehab it? Thanks for any input.

Trying wearing groove briefs or compression shorts.There suppose to save your hips and groin area.
