Track season is coming soon and my crazy school has not finsihed building the track :mad: . I am going to go out on a limb and say that the track would be finsihed by the end of November or the beggining of December. So since my coaches do not know anything about track does anybody have a good 200 and 400 meter workout for the season or where I can acess one. I believe that our track season starts in late February early march and ends in early may. So what should I do right now if I do not have acess to a track?
There are tons of things you can do
When are you looking to compete? Target dates etc?
What are you current PB’s and what is your training age
You can run hills, perform circuits and weights, tempo on grass and also accel work.

Yes, I would say hills too, alternate short hill-running for speed and longer runs for SE. Perhaps at the most 2 sessaions a week…
