Getting faster at 25??

As far as I know he’s still training under Chris Korfist and Jeff West, though I haven’t checked in a while. Last I heard though, he’s living with West and his family in Texas and is being consulted by CK who lives up in Illinois.

I know that Jeff follows the Inno-Sport system and has learned a lot from Chris Korfist and Dan Fichter but I’ve never actually seen any of his training plans and can’t testify to his ability as a coach. If CK is reviewing the sessions via video and coming up with the training plans, then I have no doubt that the training is top notch.

nah, hes def living in Kentucky, has been for a while…he’s training there too…

In that case, I have absolutely no clue what is going on.

hes training himself again…doesnt want to join someone new at this point of season…

he’s doing well.

Dallas ran 10.43 (wind=+1.0) in the Georgia Tech Invitational tonight. You can find the results here:

That’s the video of the race. It looks like he hurt something right at the end of the race. He looked fine and then all of sudden he started limping.

look like a hammy injury.

looked as he was slowing down, possibly applied the brakes too quickly.

That’s a great meet. I ran 10.96 there like in 98 or 99. When I got the results back I was like in the middle of the pack. Probably one of the best meets in the country. Always at the end of the year.

That’ll happen when there’s a GIANT FLAGPOLE in your lane

This site has everything. I have seen this site before, but I still can’t believe they have all these races.

Anyone check out the Dix interview…

wats ur point about the dix interview

Guy doesn’t always have a point. (I dunno, the greatest sprinter in NCAA history giving an update on his condition). Maybe that should be enough.

his time in the 200m gave me the update on his condition. Very nice time for someone who havent touched the track in 6 weeks.

I like that avatar by the way. Guy is tired now. Good night!

Anyone know what ended up happening to Dallas? I don’t even see him listed among the starters in the 100m at Trials.

The cutoff point is 10.16

Is Demps running? He had a 10.17 but a windy 10.03 and I thought he was there.

You’re right- sorry- it’s 10,18 (one there and 2 at 10,17)
