Football Off Season Training

Well basically I’ve been suggested a 5x5, so I’ve designed this one to fit with my CRAPTACULAR football weight lifting schedule. In which we do Bench/Power Clean M/W and Squat/Stiff Leg/Step ups/Agility T/Th.

If you think of anyway I can change this to make it better, while still make it look like i’m doing their program please tell me.

Keep in mind this is only for week 1, I will be continuing on the program(Using the excell sheet on that madcow site)

If you think this is to much or will exhaust me please post! I would really like to find a program that can fit with my coaches… grrrr I hates them!

We also do ab workouts unweighted everyday in football.

By the way this will be my full workout including what we do in football.

bc you have to do the schools system and thats one of the changes i would make to not do clean on mon then squats on tue…

Yes, but sadly I cannot change that. I was trying to incorporate 5x5 into my retarded coahces weight lifting program, I seriously have no idea how to make this work.

man to be real wit u i would just do ur schools program, maybe add a lift or 2…
