Looking for methods of correcting my hand flicking action. Have spent numerous seasons trying to correct it but I still find myself reverting under race conditions. Problem is basically my hand turning inward, and flicking backward after it has passed my hips. Occurs more on my left hand than right. Considering strapping the wrists, but will present problems for competitions (starting from blocks).
Any ideas?
is there a problem with flicking the wrists back once past the hips? if so then i have this problem too, i always thought this was good form.
