feeling a little amped

o.k. I have been training hard and am in need of rest which I am taking. Right now I feel jittery but my muscles are tired. What should I do to calm down?

I’m probably not the most qualified to answer that, but I’ve heard magnesium is a good nervous system/muscular relaxant (or ZMA). Also if you just stopped training very recently, your nervous system is probably still highly stimulated. I think I’ve had what you are describing before. Just give it a couple of days and see how you feel.
