Just curious, what’s everyones favorite training distance?
Mine is 200m. Can’t really explain why though. I just feel in a comfort zone doing 200’s, no matter the pace. 300’s are too fatiguing and long, anything shorter then 200m. and I feel it’s just old accelerate and you’re already there speed work.
My Favorite Is 150 Meters.
I gotta agree with Quik and say 150m. 120s and 110s are nice, too.
120m…Just the acceleration from 100m on it’s cool coming out the blocks, blazing the first 20m and then storming down the home straight.
40 meters. Reaching top-speed but not experiencing any slow-down.
I can see myself having 60 meters as a favourite distance in the future.
