Fast twitching muscles

What are specific exercises of developing the fast twitching muscles ?

Power Cleans I know off what else ?

It doesnt quite work like that…

power is force aplied in a given time frame i.e. df/dt

to increase power, you either increase the f which you do by means of general weight excercises (squats bences etc) OR you decrease the time. That you do by doing plyometrics, actuall sprinting, olympic lifts etc.

work on getting stronger/faster and dont worry about muscle composition which you cant alter all that much in any case, it will take care of it self. The more amateur and “fresh” you are, the more you will benifit from general strength, as you get more experienced this moves toward eliminating as much time as posible
