i am looking for a fascial stretching program from dr. voyer or info on that type of program, anyone have any info?
I have heard of doing a set of weights, a pump set, then hold the weight in the stretch position for up to a minute. A lighter weight too, normally with dumbells depending on the exercise for greater range of motion. The muscles have to be pumped before you stretch though, that is the key. Then stretch whilst muslces are full of blood.
Dont know who dr. voyer is though?
