Extra things I can do...

Can y’all just give me some suggestions on what I should do for extra help…like …pool training, medicine ball, plyo…anything that will improve my performance BUT WILL NOT INTEFERE WITH MY TRAINING REGIMENT!

Eat clean, get solid rest and hit the massage, whirlpool, sauna, epsom salt bath etc.

These are the things that are most often overlooked by highly motivated athletes. However, perhaps you could post everything you are doing as far as training and we can see if there are any holes (I doubt there will be.)
