Are expired electrodes any good? And if not why?
They have some on ebay for real cheap.

I dont know much about EMS but if you recall from a previous thread about EMS, I put a post asking that if electrodes lose their “sticky” quality can you not just tape them down on your body and Charlie answered saying that you can, but that he can’t imagine going thru the hassle. Do a search for EMS it should be there.
btw, I am getting some important questions answered by Tom Green about ZMA and some personal circumstances with me, I may ask you some questions as well, since I know you take ZMA, I hope this is ok?
