Excercises Without Legs !?

The title may sound stupid and so does this explanation but how can I help my sprinting without being able to use my legs. I broke my foot playing football a week ago so I have a month to kill and maybe more till my foot get’s back to full strength so until then can anyone tell me some upper body stuff that I can do because I’ll have plenty of time to hit the weights now, i’m gona get back into my ab workout that i abandoned once i started hockey and football and I’m gona have to make an effort to eat better so I don’t put on weight while I sit around all day, even though it’s so hard with it being Halloween, anyways, any help would be appreciated.
