Charlie, have you ever prepared a book/video (single or series), in an exact step by step format, including exactly what to do in stretching, warm-up, movement, tempo’s, sprint drills, etc.? I know a lot of it is covered in Key Concepts and CFTS and GPP video, but it still leaves a lot to the imagination. Is that the point? Give the basis format, and let the coaches learn from it/with it? Or is there eventually going to be an exact, day by day product in the future?
p.s. I know everyone is different so it’s virtually impossible, but you know what I’m getting at.
I think his products are already fairly exact (GPP, Vancouver 04) and even that low level of exactness gets some people into trouble because they won’t stray from his sample work at all.
