i m thinking about the trows like double, triple,single jumps(shown at the GPP-DVD).
I know they are high intensity work.
At the Vancouver 04 seminar Charlie had 4 categries for CNS stress: 1-3 high and 4 was low(tempos).
I was just asking myself what number these throws would be?
Background is the split routine in the GPP, where the CNS stress is spreaded over each day.
By the way: what category would hill sprints be? They cant be 1(like med ball), bc you perform them one day after the other…
And what about the sit-up-circle? I thought its low(–>4), am i right?
Hope there are some ideas out there…
