I’m searching after a site where I can get clear instructions on how and on what places to put the pads(?) when using ems?

I already have the book and was wondering if there were any sites with more information. There is plenty information in the book but I like to have the maximum of information.
Take the info. from CFTS and take it to a therapist with experience in the use of ems. Between the two sources you should be able to gain the neccesarty info.
