The 2002 forum review you stated…“I worked with Dr. Joseph Cywinski, The director of Medical Engineering at the Harvard Medical Centre and President of American Society of Electrical Engineers, creating muscle stimulating equipment and protocols for their use. Dr Cywinski was, arguably, the worlds leading expert on EMS”. Is Dr. Cywinski still in the mix? Are there any articles or books he has written? And who in your opinion now do think is the leading expert on the use of EMS now? Since having worked with Dr. Cywinski over 21 years ago.Thanks. Great site. Any thoughts/comments are welcome.
