EMS Unit - are the parameters ok?!?

Here is an EMS unit - at a price I can afford. Are the parameters ok?

NeuroTrac 4™ Sports XL

Dual Channel with 4 lead wires [8 electrode positions]
Max current m A output 90 on each channel
Constant Current
Symmetrical Bi Phasic waveform
Pulse width 50 to 330microsecs
Frequency selection 2-100Hz
Time selection 1 to 90 mins
Ramp up 0.1 to 9.9 secs
Delay time of 0.0 to 3.90 secs in Simultaneous mode
Work/Rest or Continuous stimulation mode
Up to 5 phasescan be programmed per custom program.
Phases in each programme can be skipped while the stimulation is
working
21 preset programmes and 3 custom programmes

anyone?

how much does this cost?

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE NEUROTRAC PRODUCTS ARE NOT FOR SALE OR USE IN THE USA or CANADA

I’d probably like to see the frequency go up to about 120Hz, but 100 should be ok.

If the delay time is the time between contractions, then this is much too short. You want to have at least 50sec between contractions in strength building mode.

Damn Why is that?

Thanks for the response xlr8. I checked out the NeuroTrac 4™ Sports model and the parameters include:

Work / Rest periods from 2 - 99 seconds

I didn’t transer this properly. I assume the delay time refers to delay of individual pulses. The only difference between NeuroTrac 4™ Sports & NeuroTrac 4™ Sports XL is that the XL has the added feature of 4 pads per channel.

Really appreciate the feedback
