Without access to a squat rack, are there any alternatives for performing eccentric exercises to improve the elasticity of my muscle? I;m interested in trying it out because i am having problems with landing on my triple jump phases. I cant seem to absorb the force from ground contact. thanks

Squats jumps and soft landing into a squat (stick)…
Standing Long jump and side jump and stick…
All of this can be done on one leg (and stick)…
After a while, kick out sticking and do the easy bound after a toetouch…
after bounding, introduce some jumping over a hurdles etc…
