I was wondering how I can make to round 25m or 20m. When I run the actual race (100m or 60m) I am unconciouslly unaware of how long I drive so i tend to pop up way to early…

Overall strengthening of the organism and maturity through training will correct this. Also, from other posts regarding your workout on other threads, more work on true speed needs to be incorporated. You are on the right path, so keep it up!
