I am not disagreeing with you at all Charlie, but the point was that simply focusing only on the brain (whatever the means because people seem to mix a variety of different nervous systems together when they say CNS or brain) could lead someone to miss or completely ignore some other factors.

What I refer to is bioelectrical vs.biochemical information and control systems,without implying specific reference to any part of them systems.
