It’s interesting that I posted a question to the gang at Elite Fitness about where they heard or found out about DB Hammer, since they are the first place that ever posted anything by him. They usually respond quickly to questions, but since I posted the question about where they found DB, there has been no reply (and I asked two weeks ago).

Has anyone else tried to find out from Dave Tate’s gang? Certainly if Dietrich’s as great as he claims, the gang at Elite Fitness would have tracked him down and not vice versa. Surely no elite coach goes begging for websites to publish his articles.

Give it a rest…focus on his methods, not the surrounding BS. Try them out, if you don’t like them, move on…

DBHammer just sends his articles there. You can write an article and get it put up on there

I’m doing one of his bench programs outlined on the site, altering it a bit according to his principles. I post my results when I’m through.
