Can someone please take a glance at my program and comment on it. I’m thinking I’m doing too much. I seem to have a hard time getting even 2 quality speed sessions per week.
It starts in early May which was after the completion of about a month of base and distance work. Goal is to run some 100m/200m meets in early August.
