Critique my training

Can someone please take a glance at my program and comment on it. I’m thinking I’m doing too much. I seem to have a hard time getting even 2 quality speed sessions per week.

It starts in early May which was after the completion of about a month of base and distance work. Goal is to run some 100m/200m meets in early August.

Without going into great detail I agree with you. It’s too much. Too many little, meaningless exercises(imho). Scrap the isolation exercises they are not going to give you much back for the time you are putting into them. Go basic and simple.
