I know there has been a previous thread regarding Core movements. In contact sports injuries often don’t allow athletes to perform certain movements.
What I would like to know is what would be the five main exercises you would use and for each list two regressions
eg Dips -> Lying BB Tricep Ext -> Tricep Pushdown
(I know Dips probably wouldn’t feature in the top 5 exercises)
