If one covers 40m in 4.90(ht) seconds what is this over 40 yds?

Since 40yds is equal to 36.58 meters, I’d say anywhere between mid to high 4.6 to low 4.8. Just a rough guesstamite.

More like low 4.5 (assuming the 40 is handtimed as well).

also would depend on time from first move or reaction.
