Do you think a conjugated method of training is okay for mma considering the high volume of training?

I have always used a conjugated template in preparing for my fights(K-1 style). It will work you just need to remember that you will feel like your conitioning is going down as you adapt. Once you do adapt, however, you will be faster and stronger. Remember that max strength and g.p.p. determine the amount of progress your can make. Check out Dave Tate’s site
