Ive read that switching the order of the exercise switches the emphasis, but I thought the whole point was to perform a max slow strength lift in order to potentiate the speed lifts? What would doing them in reverse order do?

makes the heavier exercise go faster. Do a squat jump 30 secs before a squat to see this in action.

anyway after the first complex, the order doesn’t matter, both exercises get the CNS spillover :slight_smile:
