I am currently in my first year sprinting with hopes of entering open meets. I am just finishing my “mock” competitive season in which I will test next week. I have just started tapering now.

Does anyone think there will be a problem with going straight into week 1 of the GPP phase “Charlie’s” the following week after my test week. I would also couple this with a max strength phase beginning week 1 since I will be coming straight off a maintenance week. I am already 6’ 185 so I don’t really want to chance hypertrophy.
