Hi! Im new here so I have a rookie question. How I should do my cleans? I mean should I do it RAW so that i dont squat much or should I squat?

Squat cleans permit greater loads and are therefore more stressful on the CNS. They also require greater technical proficiency and flexibilty. For most none OLs the power/split variations are probably a better option.

David, can you explain in detail what a RAW clean is?
