Can anyone here explain how to perform a lat circuit and arm circuit from this workout. How many exercises, and how much rest?

Does anybody have any ideas, info would be greatly appreciated, I am completely stumped.

research a little, the topic of that workout has been discussed in depth, that isnt what they actually they do.

Don’t even try it. Way too much volume, way too much intensity.
