Anywhere in Wisconsin or Minnesota for me…

My bad Chris I was off with the earlier time and wind. My friend just sent me the link. - lewis Unattached 10.99 X11.04 -3.1 2 After a long 3hr car ride.

I am no track specialist, the time above was my first year running outdoor track.

Sounds like fun. I have quite a few friends 35+ that are running between 11.4 and 10.5. lol You sure yall want that?

wisconsin minnesota? I dont even know where those are on the map. Also I dont care about what you ran in the past. Your like a fat girl who used to be fine…or better yet, a bodybuilder who used to be swole.

That’s the difference between me and you, i can train for 3months and be back…

He doesnt really want it. He just likes to talk shit.
I have some partners that go run in carolina each year at jdl fast track. I think if everything goes as planned Ill go next season

Sounds better, i can do JDL indoor meets…

Check out of my friend - old video… Roman was a beast very powerful dude.

I’m in Minneapolis off and on until July 27th with Larry Fitzgerald (a lot of traveling with him from there out of state) but will be there fairly consistently from the 14th through the 27th of July.

I will contact my guy and see will they host the USATF Southeast Region Masters Indoor Championships at JDL venue in Feb 2017…

boy did that lady say some dumb shit “you look in shape”…duh

what is he up to now

that would be excellent.

Middle school principal.

Another talented sprinter/jumper Roman trained with post college was tyrone dude was running 6.1 55 6.5 60m 7.70 lj into his mid-late 30’s… You should see their training tons of volume it was crazy but it worked. Those guys really helped me.

volume as in what? lots of speed work or longer runs?

I think both, lots of acceleration work… I’ll post sample workouts.
