Im try and get a 4x1 together
im also running the 1 and 2. I cant wait. I have a new weapon that I have been working on at practice. I plan to run a descent time as long as I do everything correctly.

Lol naw not yet. Im still running to fast for masters. Plus masters doesnt start until 35 right?

I had a great practice. I did cleans first before sprinting.
135x5, 185,4 205x2 225x1. The 225 set was my first time getting that weight. My form was not as good as it needs to be.

Track
I felt a lil bit of latic in my legs from the cleans during the first few starts. It cleared out by the last one
4x30m starts. 3.8,3.9,3.9,3.8 times were decent
4x60m flys6.4 6.4 6.2 6.3 we did a 20m run up The first 2 I was trying to run tall. I naturally run with a lot of knee lift. The last 2 I changed my running postion and ran with an extream forward lean. I had less knee lift but I was rolling.

What was your time last Sat?

11.29 I cramped at 60 and had to shut it down. That was so embarrassing especially after I had ran a outrageous 2nd leg on a 4x1. My next meet is in may so I will be straight by then.

Whats going on with all these damn cramps…

Dont know what happened. My relay leg was supa fast and then my legs seized up on me in the open 100. I think it may have been the creatin I was taking.

My friend ran at that meet, he said the weather was nice and decent comp.

Yea It rained at first then It cleared up and became a nice meet. During warmups I felt like I was gonna run fast, but oh welll. What did your friend run? Who is your friend? Tyson gay was there for a 4x4 but I don t think He ran.

I think he ran like 10.4ish, I know he placed top 4-6 in both events…

Yea. It was that. Thats why i am gonna get a good 3 weeks in. Me and my training partner been hit and miss and Its hard to push yourself alone. I have not been consistent with my work outs and it is showing at the meets.
