4x60m starts. 7.0 6.89 6.90 6.85. I caught a bad cramp in my hammy on the last 60. Shit is still hurting. now its time to get rehabbing.

The weight room at the track was open when I got to practice so I did a few cleans before I ran. They have all the olympic rubber weights and great clean bars.

That really loosened me up. Felt great on the track. My body was really in sync today for some reason.

Pretty good. Yesterday I did some 30m starts the first was 3.69 and the second 3.78. I also did a few 150’s in about 16.0. Im feelling good. I have a meet this sunday and a 3 day meet next week. How about u.
I am not doing much training these days, mainly full warm-ups and starts. I thought your HT 150’s would be faster then 16sec.
Yea They should be but I was tired from the day before. I hadnt even planned on training sunday but my boy begged me. I had stayed up till about 2am playing videogames then I woke up at 8 am to hit the track. I was surprised I ran the 30’s fast but I guess the 150’s were the real test. My 150’pr is 15.6

oh yea I ran. I had a bad stumble out of the blocks. It was so bad that I had to use my hand to keep from falling on the ground. The starter didnt call it back and I had to start running. I caught about 3 people but i rab supa slow 11.2
When I cam back after the race the starter was like my bac. I should have called it back. WTF

Yea right. only person I had with me was my wife. She saw me stumble and thought I had fell. She was in the car and jumped out to see if I was alright. She didnt even see the whole race. lol

Im running the semis and finals sunday of the 100. And If i feel good I will jump in the invite 1 or 2. Im am happy you didnt come to this meet. As we lined up for the 100 prelim the fucking starter was rusjing us and didnt even let us get a run out. Then the terrible blocks they gave me moved. I had a terrible start but I made up enough ground to make the semi. For $10 thats the type of bull shit you get. But it is a fun meet.
