I was thinking of buying either the speed e-book or the 100 dollar video tapes. Has anyone bought the tapes and are they worth the 100. Please respond thx.
Get the Tapes…the books are awesome but the tapes might not be available later.

The video tapes, for me, serve as an extension of the CFTS manual (also required). The new graphics presented in the videos are worth the price alone.
In addition, the material presented provides several points to research and further study the intricate nuances of absolute sprinting!

The tapes are worth every penny, and then some. I’ve paid much more for inferior products. In fact, I think buying a copy of the tapes and Speed Trap would be the best investment you could make in your training.
You’ll also get much more out of the forum because the tapes and books provide you with an understanding of the underlying big picture of sprint training. Almost all of the original members of the forum knew Charlie’s books backward and forward when we started posting.
I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again. I recommend buying the tapes before spending money on anything else related to training (e.g., gadgets and supplements).
