How can i know if i´m under or overtrain ?
And what should i do in my days without train ? I mean, totally rest.

Do a search all you questions will be answered!

if you are always tired and weak=overtraining
not performing any better= undertraining
days off= do tempo.

and i know you´re definitely a sub 10.8 guy, because i remembered to see some place here your PB posts. Something finished in 8 i guess…

BTW, i´m questioning primary things because i lost the begin,
so, in my concern, as sprint is a “high intense” exercise, we should take total rest, because next day, we´ll need all the power, and if you did some Tempos before, that energy couldn´t be there.
Am i right or wrong ?

the tempo is used as rest and recuperation after the hard speed day. Not doing anything after a speed day will not speed recover. I know that first hand. Doing tempo the day before a speed day will not affect your energy, unless you are doing hard tempo.
