I read an article by you saying that all these talk about high intensity low rep for ab workouts are nonsense. At least i think that’s what you said. But what i’m not sure about is if you’re talking about those abs machine, because i do crunches/decline crunches with plates. I’m just trying to get soem opinions about this.

Also, just for curiousity(dont know how to spell this sry), what is Ben’s ab workout like?
