I’m unclear as to the reason for airborne’s attitude about Waterbury. Certainly, his workout is nothing spectacular - simply a form of conjugate periodization with 2 functional and 1 structural workouts per microcycle. Very similar to some concepts CT has discussed before. Waterbury did not claim any new ground covered in the article either - simply how he was training himself currently. So is your (airborne) beef with Waterbury personally, or with any of the information / concepts presented in the article?

I just feel that their stuff is old and recycled. Davies looks like a punk and Chad is soft and thinks his roses don’t smell like poo poo.
