What about powerclean derivatives like high pull? I find those are great.

ps- I agree about the front squat. It is the most comfortable lift I perform. I dont know if it is because of my OLY background or if it has something to do with my physique.
I like the high - pulls too Chris - but mainly 'cos I’ve never got around to learning cleans and wasn’t keen to spend time on technique - I may do this winter tho
Can you give an example of a block of training?
I am interested to know you thoughts on number of sets, and the number of exercises you suggest during blocks of training, and how they vary from week to week?
Do you vary the reps from week to week?
